Mr. Aaron Kwok Fu Shing (1965-)
Actor and singer Aaron Kwok is born in Hong Kong and enrolled into TVB’s dancing training courses in 1984. He then switched to join the actors training course. He went on to participate in TV drama series and variety shows at TVB, and also acted in films. In 1990, a motorcycle commercial in Taiwan brought him to fame and he became a teenage idol and successfully launched three albums in the following year. He returned to Hong Kong and continued his career in singing, film and TV acting. He has launched over 50 albums from 1990 till now, and was named one of the “Four Heavenly Kings of Canto-pop”. He participated in over 30 films including “Savior of the Soul” (1991), “Rhythm of Destiny” (1992), “The Bare Footed Kid” (1993), “Somebody Up There Likes Me” (1996), “Anna Magdalena” (1998), The Storm Riders” (1998), “China Strike Force” (2000), “Throw Down” (2004), etc. He won the Best Actor Award in Golden Horse Award in Taiwan for “Divergence” (2005) and “After This Our Exile” (2006) in two consecutive years. He also won the Best Actor Award in Changchun Film Festival for “Divergence” (2005). His recent works include “Cold War” (2012) and “Port of Call” (2015).
